    I got a phone call from the receptionist in the morning and requested for my present. I took my half day off and went there all the way from Toronto downtown. On my arrival, turn out I was not need and received no formal apologies and/or offer me another way to see my doctor since I lost my half day at work. Also I feel the receptionist(s) are inexperience to deal with disabilities people with the communication method. I give my two thumb down with the Holly Medical Clinic!!!
