As for my experience, I ordered parts that were found to not be needed. I returned them in the original box that was never opened. They said there was parts missing and others damaged due to missing parts allowing contents to shift. As the box was never opened, that was their problem which they denied and told me to file a claim with Ups to get my money back. So they got to keep my money and I get to hope Ups finds themselves in the wrong and then Ups gives me the refund. All the while they kept the part that wasn’t shipped, the returned parts and my money. Total theft in my eyes and when I inquired I received a response that I did know anything about business. That couldn’t be further from the truth but if you’re going to scam someone then might as well insult them too. Never never do business with this company and I wish I had been warned.
