The staff was very rude and unhelpful. When we arrived, they told us to wait because no one was available to show us around. After waiting for 30 minutes, my oldest child went to the monkey bars, but even though he was just standing there, they told him to come back and keep waiting. They insisted we to wait until someone was available to assist us. My kids do not need help with monkey bars or rock climbing, at least not my 12 years child who has done it many times before. Then, one of the staff members claimed I wasn't following their policy and accused me of trespassing?! Their only policy seemed to be making us wait. What started as excitement quickly turned into us being treated like criminals. The customer service was terrible. I'm glad I didn't spend any money there, and in just two minutes, they lost $110 from us. I also found out they charge an extra $15 to rent harnesses and shoes, on top of the ticket price. Simply put, if you can't handle being insulted by the staff, don't go there.
